Here are the terms and conditions for participating in our walking tours.
The ensuing terms and conditions delineate the relationship between the customer/guest and Jaipur Retold.
By booking a walking tour with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. They outline our cancellation, refund, and other policies.
Advance payment for the walking tour is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation requests of the walking tour by the customer/guest must be made in writing via email; fees are applied as below:
A 100% refund will be issued if Jaipur Retold cancels the walking tour due to unforeseen conditions.
No deductions apply for rescheduling up to 15 days or more in advance of the walking tour date. For rescheduling within 15 days, a 15% deduction is applicable.
Please notify us if unforeseen circumstances lead to your late arrival. We can wait for up to 20 minutes from the designated start time; however, after this period, conducting the tour cannot be guaranteed. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals exceeding 20 minutes.
Please advise us in advance of any health, or mobility issues that may affect your walking tour and that we may require to account for in planning a walking tour route. If no such advice is provided, the walking tour will be planned for clients of average health, and mobility and who have no specific extra needs.
We are happy to welcome your children on our Jaipur walking tours. The age of your children must be notified to us in advance to enable us to plan your walking tour so that it is suitable for all ages within your family or small group. All children under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult and remain the sole responsibility of their supervising adult/parent/guardian at all times.
